Torq in CLICO Ukraine distribution
2026-09-15
CLICO, a specialized Value-Added Distributor (VAD) that has been successfully promoting innovative solutions in cybersecurity, networking technologies, and IT infrastructure across Central and Eastern Europe since 1991, has signed a distribution agreement with Torq, one of the leading providers of agentic AI-powered cybersecurity operations automation solutions.
The partnership expands CLICO’s portfolio with the Torq AI SOC Platform, which covers the full lifecycle of security incident management — from initial analysis and investigation to response, remediation, and incident management. The platform combines cybersecurity process automation with artificial intelligence capabilities, helping SOC teams analyze threats faster, make decisions, and execute the necessary actions.
“Cybersecurity teams are under constant pressure: they need to respond ever faster to a constantly growing number of alerts and incidents,” said Bartosz Winiarski, Sales Director, CLICO Group. “Torq combines agentic AI and hyperautomation, enabling a significant portion of tasks related to initial analysis, investigation, and incident response to be performed autonomously. As a result, security teams can significantly accelerate operational processes, expand SOC capabilities, and focus the expertise of their specialists on the most critical threats and decisions.”
Torq’s rapid growth is driven by the active adoption of the Torq AI SOC Platform in enterprise environments. Unlike traditional solutions, where SecOps processes are distributed across separate systems and heavily depend on manual work, Torq combines AI agents, hyperautomation, and incident and investigation management within a single platform.
Today, Torq AI agents are used in SOCs of Fortune 500 companies and autonomously perform millions of complex cybersecurity tasks.
Torq integrates with hundreds of cybersecurity solutions and technologies, including SIEM, EDR, identity management systems, cloud platforms, Threat Intelligence solutions, and other tools. Specialists can describe the required outcome in natural language, and Torq creates ready-to-use AI agents based on it. This significantly simplifies and accelerates the creation, deployment, and scaling of new cybersecurity operations automation scenarios.
The platform also provides a unified environment for working with investigations, evidence, event timelines, and response results. Built-in Case Management capabilities provide a complete audit trail for every investigation while maintaining control and oversight by cybersecurity professionals.
“Torq is changing the way cybersecurity operations are organized, and our collaboration with CLICO is a strategic step toward accelerating this transformation across Eastern Europe and Central Asia,” said Usman Gulfaraz, VP EMEA at Torq. “Organizations are facing increasingly complex threats that traditional SOC models can no longer keep pace with. By combining Torq’s leadership in AI SOC with CLICO’s expertise in local markets and extensive partner network, we are accelerating the adoption of a fundamentally new approach to Security Operations — one built on speed, scalability, and autonomous execution of operations.”
The distribution agreement covers the following countries in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Cyprus, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
