Palo Alto Networks: scale, technological maturity, and a bet on the future

While Netskope places greater emphasis on platform depth, Palo Alto Networks takes a broader approach based on scale. Its Prisma SASE builds on the SASE model through the broader Palo Alto Networks ecosystem. The platform combines Prisma Access and Prisma SD-WAN and is managed through Strata Cloud Manager.

Today, Palo Alto Networks has approximately 6,500 active enterprise SASE customers, representing the largest customer base among these vendors. However, the company's advantage goes beyond scale. Gartner highlights its strong financial profile and deep understanding of the evolution of the SASE market.

The Prisma SASE strategy is increasingly focused on the challenges of the AI era. In effect, the company is moving from SASE as a set of networking and security capabilities toward an intelligent platform capable of automating a significant part of operational processes.

Zscaler: Zero Trust without compromise
