Ukrainian certification of Check Point solutions

2025-11-25

The certification of Check Point solutions in compliance with Ukrainian legislation in 2025 became a landmark event for the national cybersecurity market. Amid tighter regulatory oversight, compliance of security technologies with state standards has taken on strategic importance. The updated regulatory framework for information protection requires government bodies, financial institutions, operators of critical information infrastructure, and large enterprises to use exclusively certified technologies capable of operating within authorized security systems. In this context, Check Point’s receipt of positive expert conclusions from the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine in the areas of technical and cryptographic information protection confirms the maturity of its solutions and their full compliance with current regulatory requirements.

The certification covers more than 50 hardware-software and software products, including almost the entire range of security gateways, as well as solutions for network perimeter protection, segmentation, remote access, and endpoint security. The availability of Technical Information Protection (TIP) and Cryptographic Information Protection (CIP) certificates enables these solutions to be used in systems processing personal data, financial, official, and other restricted information, as well as within critical infrastructure environments. At the same time, the use of certified products significantly simplifies the security authorization process in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 712, reducing regulatory risks for organizations.

In effect, Check Point has become the first global vendor whose broad portfolio of solutions is officially approved for use in Ukraine’s most highly regulated and mission-critical IT environments. This approach provides a solid foundation for building scalable and long-term resilient cybersecurity architectures capable of addressing both modern threats and the requirements of ongoing digital transformation. As regulatory demands continue to intensify, the certification of Check Point solutions goes beyond formal compliance, evolving into a practical instrument for enhancing trust, predictability, and overall cyber resilience at the national level.
